   Organizing-Committee of TT-InterCup.

3. Qualification 2020/21 (men‘s or mixed teams only)
   3.1. The event shall be open to club teams from following Associations: Andorra (AND), Austria (AUT), Belgium (BEL), Bosnia Herzegovina (BIH), Czech Republic (CZE), Croatia (CRO), Denmark (DEN), England (ENG), Faroe Islands (FAR), France (FRA), Germany (GER), Gibraltar (GIB), Guernsey (GGY), Hungary (HUN), Ireland (IRL), Isle of Man (IMN), Italy (ITA), Jersey (JEY), Liechtenstein (LIE), Luxembourg (LUX), Malta (MLT), Monaco (MON), Netherlands (NED), Poland (POL), San Marino (SMR), Scotland (SCO), Slovakia (SVK), Slovenia (SLO), Spain (SPA), Sweden (SWE), Switzerland (SUI), Slovakia (SVK) and Slovenia (SLO) and Wales (WAL).
   3.2. The clubs must be members of a national federation affiliated to the ETTU.
   3.3. Even teams formed exclusively for the TT-InterCup (regional teams, syndicates, etc.) are eligible.

4. Registration
   Entries shall be send to the Organizing-Committee to registration@ttic.eu. Deadline is September 5^th 2021.

5. Entry Fee
   5.1. The entry fee will be by payment not later than September 5^th 2021: €150,00
   5.2. The entry fee has to be send to the bank account of the ttic.eu at UniCredit IBAN AT261200000609512009, BIC BKAUATWW without bank charges (by EU-remittance). The entry fee will not be reimbursed.

6. Fixtures
   6.1. Matches shall be played until the date fixed by the Organizing-Committee. If clubs cannot agree upon a date, the obligatory date published on the the homepage is the official date.
   6.2. Matches shall not be played after this date without the explicit approval by the Organizing-Committee. A team which fails to fulfil a fixture or to respect the set time limits shall be disqualified from the competition.

7. System of Play
   7.1. Teams of three (3) (A, B, C and X, Y, Z) play at most six (6) singles and one (1) double: A-Y, B-X, C-Z, double, A-X, C-Y, B-Z.
   7.2. All teams eligible to play will be divided into groups of maximum eight (8) teams each. The groups will play in double elimination system.
   7.3. Double elimination Bracket
   7.4. The clubs have to submit a list of names of the players, with the date of birth, the nationality and ranked according to strength. A maximum of fifteen (15) players can be listed and only these players are eligible to play. After the first (1st) game of the preliminary round no changes are possible.
   7.5. All players who are eligible to play can be placed on any position, regardless of their strength. In the double, eligible players can take part, who have not played in the single. The set-up of the double players can also take place only after completion of the third (3rd) single.
   7.6. The matches can be played on more than one table at a time, if both teams agree.

8. Handling
   8.1. At least eight (8) days after publication of the draw, the home team has to transmit the invitation with date, venue, hall, hotel, meeting point, etc. to the visiting club by e-mail.
   8.2. The home team has to transmit the results to the Organizing Committee immediately after the end of the match electronically. The match report has to be sent to the Organizing Committee within two (2) days after the match date by e-mail to results@ttic.eu. Otherwise the game will be verified for the visiting team.

9. Draw
   The draw will be done by the Organizing Committee and can be viewed and downloaded on the homepage, the contact data of the clubs will be published online and can be downloaded.

10. Eligibility
    Each team may only select one (1) player who is eligible to play for a national federation who is not member of the ETTU.

11. Costs
    The home club shall provide bed and breakfast for 4 persons of the visiting team at a hotel of good standard or equivalent (rooms equipped with bath and toilet). The
    visiting club shall cover its travel expenses and the costs for boarding. But it is expected that the home club shall cover the costs for common dinner after the match.

12. General Requirements
    The game box must be at least 14 * 7m in size. The illuminance must be at least 600 Lux.

13. Equipment
    13.1. The clubs have to play with sport clothes in different color.
    13.2. All tables, nets and balls approved by the ITTF are allowed. The types have to be named on the registration form.

14. Referees
    The home club is responsible that one (1) referee approved by the relevant association is present at the matches. The referees are provided by the home club.

15. Protests
    15.1. Protests must be noted, explained and justified at the end of the game on the match report.
    15.2. The protest must be received by the Organizing Committee at protests@ttic.eu within eight (8) days of the match day. Subsequent protests can not be considered.
    15.3. The protest fee is € 150,00 and is to be transferred free of charge to the account of the TT-InterCup within eight (8) days after the protest has been appealed. In the case of winning, it shall be reimbursed in full, by partial winning on a partial basis.
    15.4. The Organizing-Committee decides definitively on all protests.

16. Penalties
    16.1. A club that does not compete, that does not comply with the regulations or is otherwise responsible that a match did not take place may be fined and / or excluded from further participation. The organizing committee can refuse the participantion for the following years.
    16.2. No other measures, such as the replacement of expenditures or the loss of lost profits, are provided.

17. Awards
    The winners of the trophies receive trophies, all players of the finalists paracords of the TT-InterCup.

18. Any other business
    In all other matters not expressly regulated, the Organizing-Committee decides in accordance with the objectives of this competition.

Durchführungsbestimmungen Tischtennis Inter Cup

3. Teilnahmeberechtigung 2020/21 (nur Herren oder Mixed Teams)
   3.1. Die Teilnahme steht Vereinen aus folgenden Ländern, unabhängig von ihrer Spielstärke, offen: Andorra (AND), Belgien (BEL), Bosnien und Herzegowina (BIH), Kroatien (CRO), Dänemark (DEN), Deutschland (GER), Gibraltar (GIB), England (ENG), Färöer-Inseln (FAR), Frankreich (FRA), Guernsey (GGY), Insel Man (IMN), Irland (IRL), Italien (ITA), Jersey (JEY), Liechtenstein (LIE), Luxemburg (LUX), Malta (MLT), Monaco (MON), Niederlande (NED), Österreich (AUT), Polen (POL), San Marino (SMR), Schottland (SCO), Schweden (SWE), Schweiz (SUI), Slowakei (SVK), Slowenien (SLO), Spanien (ESP), Tschechische Republik (CZE), Ungarn (HUN) und Wales (WAL).
   3.2. Die Vereine müssen einem der ETTU angeschlossenem National-Verband angehören.
   3.3. Auch ausschließlich für den TT-InterCup gebildete Mannschaften (Regional-Teams, Spielgemeinschaften, uä.) sind zugelassen.

4. Anmeldungen
   Anmeldeschluss ist der 5. September 2021. Bis zu diesem Termin muss die Anmeldung beim Organisations-Komitee per E-Mail registration@ttic.eu eingetroffen sein.

5. Gebühren
   5.1. Die Anmeldegebühr beträgt bei Bezahlung bis 5. September 2021: € 150,00
   5.2. Die Gebühr ist auf das Konto des TT-InterCup bei der UniCredit | IBAN AT26 1200000609512009 | BIC BKAUATWW spesenfrei für den Empfänger zu überweisen. Eine Rückerstattung der Anmeldegebühr ist nicht vorgesehen.

6. Termine
   6.1. Die Spiele sind bis zu den vom Organisations-Komitee festgesetzten Terminen auszutragen. Sollten sich die Vereine auf keinen Termin einigen können, gilt der auf der Homepage veröffentlichte Pflichttermin für die jeweilige Runde.
   6.2. Ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung des Organisations-Komitees sind keine Verlegungen über diesen Termin hinaus möglich. Die Nichteinhaltung der gesetzten Fristen führt zum Spielverlust für die schuldtragende Mannschaft.

7. Austragungsform
   7.1. 3er-Teams (A, B, C und X, Y, Z) spielen maximal sechs (6) Einzel und ein (1) Doppel : A-Y, B-X, C-Z, Doppel, A-X, C-Y, B-Z
   7.2. Alle spielberechtigten Teams werden in Gruppen mit maximal acht (8) Mannschaften eingeteilt. Die Gruppen werden im Doppel-KO-System ausgetragen.
   7.3. Doppel-KO-Raster
   7.4. Die Vereine haben mit dem Anmeldeformular eine Namensliste der zum Einsatz kommenden Spieler mit Nationalität und Geburtsjahr abzugeben. Es können bis zu fünfzehn (15) Spieler angeführt werden. Diese sind nach der Spielstärke zu reihen und nur diese Spieler haben eine Startberechtigung. Nach dem ersten (1.) Spiel in der Gruppenphase sind keine Änderungen mehr möglich.
   7.5. Alle spielberechtigten Spieler können auf beliebigen Positionen eingesetzt werden – es gibt keine Spielerbindung. Im Doppel können auch spielberechtigte Spieler eingesetzt werden, die nicht im Einzel aufgestellt wurden. Die Aufstellung der Doppelspieler kann auch erst nach Beendigung des 3. Einzelspieles erfolgen.
   7.6. Die Spiele können auf mehr als einem Tisch gleichzeitig ausgetragen werden, wenn beide Mannschaften zustimmen.

8. Abwicklung
   8.1. Der Heimverein hat spätestens acht (8) Tage nach Veröffentlichung der Auslosung dem Gastverein mittels E-Mail die Einladung mit Spieltermin, Spielort, Halle, Hotel, Treffpunkt, usw. zu übermitteln.
   8.2. Der Heimverein hat unmittelbar nach Ende des Spieles dem Organisations-Komitee das Ergebnis elektronisch zu übermitteln. Der Spielbericht muss binnen zwei (2) Tagen nach dem Wettspieltermin dem Organisations-Komitee per E-Mail an results@ttic.eu übermittelt werden, ansonsten wird das Spiel für den Gastverein verifiziert.

9. Auslosung
   Die Auslosung wird vom Organisations-Komitee vorgenommen und den Teilnehmern auf der Homepage zur Verfügung gestellt, eine zusätzliche Zusendung an die
   Teilnehmer erfolgt nicht. Zur Erleichterung gibt das Organisations-Komitee mit der ersten Auslosung alle Vereinsanschriften insbesondere der Telefonnummern, E-Mail-
   Adressen, etc. sowie die Vereinsvertreter auf der Homepage bekannt.

10. Spielberechtigung
    Jede Mannschaft darf nur einen (1) Spieler einsetzten, der für einen Nationalverband spielberechtigt ist, der nicht der ETTU angehört.

11. Kosten
    Der Heimverein trägt die Kosten für eine Übernachtung (plus Frühstück) für vier (4) Personen in einem guten Hotel oder einer gleichwertigen Einrichtung (Zimmer mit Dusche und WC). Der Gastverein trägt seine Reisekosten. Für die Verpflegung kommen die Teilnehmer selbst auf. Erwartet wird, dass der gastgebende Verein nach dem Spiel zu einem gemeinsamen Abendessen einlädt.

12. Spielbedingungen
    Die Spielbox muss mindestens14*7m groß sein. Die Beleuchtungsstärke muss mindestens 600 Lux betragen.

13. Ausrüstung
    13.1. Die Vereine haben möglichst mit Spielkleidung in unterschiedlicher Farbe anzutreten.
    13.2. Alle von der ITTF genehmigten Tische, Netze und Bälle sind zugelassen. Die Typen sind am Anmeldeformular anzugeben.

14. Schiedsrichter
    Der Heimverein ist dafür verantwortlich, dass ein (1) vom jeweiligen Verband geprüfter Schiedsrichter bei den Spielen anwesend ist.

15. Proteste
    15.1. Proteste sind spätestens bei der Beendigung des Spieles auf dem Wettspielformular zu vermerken, zu erläutern und zu begründen.
    15.2. Der Protest muss innerhalb von acht (8) Tagen, gerechnet vom Spieltag an, beim Organisations-Komitee auf protests@ttic.eu eingehen. Später eingehende Proteste können nicht mehr berücksichtigt werden.
    15.3. Die Protestgebühr beträgt € 150,00 und ist innerhalb von acht (8) Tagen nach Einbringung des Protestes (Rechtsmittel) auf das Konto des TT-InterCup spesenfrei zu überweisen. Im Falle des Obsiegens wird sie zur Gänze, bei teilweisem Obsiegen anteilsmäßig rückerstattet.
    15.4. Das Organisations-Komitee entscheidet über alle Proteste (Rechtsmittel) endgültig.

16. Strafen
    16.1. Ein Verein, der zu einem Spiel nicht antritt, der sich nicht an die Wettspielbedingungen hält oder den sonst die Schuld am Nichtzustandekommen eines Spieles trifft, kann mit einer Geldstrafe belegt und/oder von der weiteren Teilnahme ausgeschlossen werden. Ihm kann vom Organisations-Komitee die Teilnehme für die folgenden Jahre verwehrt werden.
    16.2. Sonstige Maßnahmen, wie Ersatz von getätigten Ausgaben oder Ersatz entgangenen Gewinns, sind nicht vorgesehen.

17. Auszeichnungen
    Die Finalisten erhalten Pokale, alle Spieler der Finalisten Paracords des TT-InterCups.

18. Sonstiges
    In allen sonstigen nicht ausdrücklich geregelten Angelegenheiten entscheidet das Organisations-Komitee im Sinne der Zielsetzung dieses Wettbewerbes.
